Amit is a 28 year old medical doctor and entrepreneur who boot-strapped Soul Burger, a vegan burger joint, during his 3^rd year of medical school. Soul Burger has since grown to 4 locations in Sydney and is on route to growing domestically and internationally. He is a plant-based and clean meat enthusiast who wants to do all he can to expedite the transition to a food system that leaves animals off the menu.
